Create a Cloud Print invite link

Cloud Print lets Chrome, Windows, and macOS users print remotely. For Android and iOS users, set up Email to Print or local printing in PaperCut Mobility Print.

Important security tips for managing Cloud Print

Only turn on Cloud Print when people need to print from outside your network.
Only send the invite link to people you know.
If using Mobility Print without PaperCut NG/MF, it's a good idea to set an expiration date for your invite link to automatically revoke access for anonymous printing.
Deactivate the link as soon as it's not needed to revoke printing via the internet.

Connect a test computer to a network different from the one you used to set up the invite link.

Set up printing on the test computer: copy invite link below, open it on the test computer and follow the instructions.

Print a test page and check that it prints correctly. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for all operating systems you use. For each one that tests successfully, you'll see a green tick next to the applicable icon.
